Cancellation
You can cancel for free until 30 days before the start of the conference. If you cancel later we’ll deduct a 25% handling fee. If you are unable to attend, you can always give your conference pass to a colleague.
Please inform us in writing no later than November 1st 2012 if you wish to make changes. After this date, we’ll charge a €50 handling fee.
